Thank you to our Music City Girls Lead! Mentors

Working with a mentor makes all the difference! The relationship built from one-on-one mentoring is a key part of the Music City Girls Lead! approach to leadership development.  Thank you to these mentors who inspired participants with their time and advice. They learned as much from the young women as the young women learned from them.

Pat Pierce, who recruited and guided the mentors, said “Our mentors know that leadership is a lifelong process and that developing leadership skills in middle school and early high school is not too early to begin.  Our mentors were able to give candid viewpoints based on their seasoned careers and our students were eager to listen!”
